We operate a 7-day, no quibble guarantee policy on all our products. Any returns MUST be confirmed by email and in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges of non-faulty goods will be levied with a carriage charge. This returns policy does not apply to any items that have been ordered and created especially for you. Shipping And Handling
A shipping and handling fee is added to your order and is reflective of true postal charges. This fee is added at the checkout stage of your purchase. All shipping will be sent via Royal Mail or alternatively a carrier of our nomination. All purchases will be sent insured with proof of posting.
